Resaw & Custom Sizing

Resaw

Located in High Point, NC, and Ayer, MA

Thin-kerf resaw technology creates smooth, clean surfaces while maximizing lumber recovery.

This process is particularly effective for producing high-quality bevel siding, custom thickness material, and small moulding blanks while minimizing waste and increasing overall yield.

Timber Sizing & Heavy Timber Processing

Timber Sizer

Located in Ayer, MA

Equipped with a Baker resaw and Stetson-Ross Timber Sizer with capacities ranging from 3" to 16", our Ayer facility specializes in processing large timber products for a variety of applications.

Thin-kerf resaw technology produces fresh band-sawn faces and custom dimensions, while one-pass planing capabilities efficiently surface timbers for timber-frame construction, exposed beam applications, and remanufacturing projects.

These services provide customers with accurately sized material while preserving the character and appearance of natural wood.
